Dancer/Choreographer/Teacher

My teaching style is unquie, original, and creative. I provide an atmopshere that allows dancers/students to be relaxed, yet put forth thier best efforts in working to thier fullest potential as a dancer. All while having fun and learning the essentials of acheiving at a certain goal, passion, or dream.

I was a teaching assistant for three of my four years at the University of Delaware. I taught courses, as well as tutored students and graded exams. Additionally, I have a great deal of experience in sciences and english, specifically biology and microbiology, as well as excellent grammar skills.
I believe teaching others a skill or new information is a gift, to both myself and the student. When the light goes off in their head, and the "I got it!" look comes across their face, I feel a sense of accomplishment. I am very patient, and understand that each student learns at their own speed. Additionally, I know that each student is different, which will sometimes require a new teaching technique. A Little Bit About Me...

As a student who has dabbled in so many areas, it is easy for me to assess when a teacher/professor is not explaining a concept in a method that helps the students. I have previous experience tutoring, but my teaching talent comes from my role as the unofficial tutor for most of my classes. I can see why students are missing the concept and I am creative enough to devise new approaches.
