My comments on tutoring Organic Chemistry : I hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences degree in Medicinal and Biological Chemistry from the University of Toledo. My major required me to take over 20 hours of chemistry electives, half of which were organic chemistry courses. A Little Bit About Me...

My main goal is to try and make the subject as much fun and easy to understand as possible. I never give away answers and instead try to lead the student toward the answer, giving them the chance to figure it out as we go along. I try to break more complex ideas down into concepts that are easier to understand. I often tell students that Chemistry is not as scary as some people say, it just needs to be explained properly.
I have loved Chemistry ever since I was in high school. I continued on to pursue my BS in Chemistry and learned a lot, not only in that field, but also in many areas of math as well.
