I spent nine semester at FMCC in the TRiO Student Support Services program. I began as a part time tutor and after one semester the program director saw it prudent to keep me on. During my time with the program I helped to establish several tutoring programs, one at FM and another at Amsterdam High School for the Upward Bound Grant funded program. In my spare time I do private in home tutoring for students seeking to improve their grades and become adept at taking standardized tests. I am a very driven person. I have both a Bachelor and Master degree. These degrees have given me the skills to be able to teach students the best that I can. I have taught 2nd-5th grade. I love teaching all students and have extensive experience preparing students for the New York State tests.
