I specialized in poetry studying under one of the top T.S. Eliot scholars. As a literature major we studied a wide range of topics from early english to post colonial literature. This has given me a great appreciation of the english language. Education in my life has been my number one motivating factor for success. Throughout my educational career I have always been organized and a group leader when it came to helping my fellow students with projects/homework/studying, etc. For many years I tutored individuals in English, Math, Social Studies/History, German, Psychology and Arts. My experiences have all been validating. Sometimes schools are limited in the amount of extra attention they can give certain students and that is where being a great tutor comes into play. A Little Bit About Me...

My approach is to determine the student's weaknesses, and then formulate analogies to explain the difficult concepts. I study the student's learning style in order to infuse the new material as easily as possible. Additionally, I introduce new ways to understand the material, and then observe the student's reaction.
I graduated Rutgers University majoring in Biology and German, and minoring in Chemistry. I have a strong science background, which I will continue to expand by completing a PhD at Yale starting in the Fall. I am currently self-employed as a computer software trainer. My practice includes clients as well as groups. As part of my work, I'm currently an adjunct professor at 2 local community colleges.
