My comments on tutoring Calculus II : I have a good understanding of this material!

I have gone through many math courses, including higher level math courses (complex variables, numerical methods, linear algebra ll) during college. I know how to teach students to learn and understand math material so they can walk into a test and apply that knowledge. I also have experience solving engineering problems and using different methods to solve those problems, such as numerical methods.
I like to explain the mathematical concepts I am teaching. I most like to help those that are having a difficulty understanding the material, rather than those that need the answer to one or two problems. I do not mind repeating myself and like to help the student learn.

I love to work with children. I had 2 of my own. I believe children can learn if you show them the direct way; as a math or chemistry tutor I use some easy techniques that children can learn and remember by; but basically just show them by examples. When i was at the University, I used to be a professor assistant, and used to help students with their signatures. From 2006-2008 i started at Houston Community College as a Faculty professor for Spanish and math. My teaching style is very graphis, with many examples and supported by adio/visual tools to accomplish all the teaching goals. I have assisted children with math deficiencies in the past.
Just after graduation I started to work at an engineering consulting company as a project engineer. This position gave me the opportunity to concentrate in engineering design and project management.
