When I first came to teaching in 1997, my teaching philosophy was based on 4 essential principles. First, I try to care for every student as if they were my sons and daughters at some times. Second,I want to provide a model of professional behavior for my students. Third, I try to bring that excitement into the classroom. Fourth, I frequently revise my presentations from year to year, by bringing in new ideas from the literature and from my own research, as well as new problems and examples.
