Many students from my past come from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Each student, was managed with a philosophy of me as the teacher or principal, serving as adviser to help students make educational gains both academically and individually. In being a student the majority of my life, I know what it is like to have educational goals and to work towards them. I have attained 2 bachelor degrees in Chemistry and Physical Science which has allowed me to gain knowledge and understanding in the fields of math and science. As a part of my curriculum, I completed 3 semesters of advanced coursework in the field of Spanish as well as a number of experimental reports and presentations allowing me to hone my writing, speech, and computer skills. I worked for 2 years in a program centered on promoting literacy in elementary aged children and in the past year worked as a chemistry tutor at the college level.
