A Little Bit About Me...

I took courses in Pre-Calculus and General Chemistry 2 in Orange County Community College. Pre-Calculus: Functions and their graphs, Polynomial and rational functions, exponential and logarithmic functions and their graphs, trigonometry ( law od sines and cosines) and complex numbers ( adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, raising to a power and taking the rood of a complexed number). General Chemistry 2: Stoichiometry, Chemical Equilibrium, Acids and Bases, Thermodynamics ( Free energy, enthalpy and entropy) Hebrew is my mother tongue. I can teach vocabulary, sentence structure, verbs, nouns, pronouns, adjectives etc.

I feel that I can always learn something new everyday. I always wanted to teach but didn’t originally go that route. I have a BA in Speech Communications. I then went on to take some Sign language classes, but never felt complete. After about 5 years, I decided to follow my heart and go back to school and get a Teacher of the Handicapped Certification. As a student at Rutgers, I have been helping others with science related coursework for many years. As a senior, I decided to officially begin tutoring. I am a former assistant principal who has thousands of hours of classroom teaching experience as well as thousands of hours of private tutoring experience. I have tutored countless students privately after school and have also pulled countless students out of classes in school for private sessions. I graduated Queens College with honors with a 4.0 GPA.
