I enjoy working with children and adults. My teaching style is tailored to the individual, as individuals learn differently and at various paces. I am very patient, and flexible. I believe that structure is necessary, without sacrificing creativity. I am a firm believer that when working with children, communication with the parent(s) is necessary. Parental input/involvement is always encouraged. I believe it also key to work closely with or in conjunction with the school system and other educators involved with the child.
My experience working with children and adults with Communication Disorders/Cognitive Deficits has provided me with an understanding and experience to assist others in many areas.
