After having expressed interest in them, I was invited to interview and eventually asked to join their special team that serviced Alitalia Airlines ground support at the time. My presence with them cross utilized my bilingual Italian skills to perform ground information services to the Alitalia flight crews and passengers during their time before their flight departure.
