I graduated in 1981 with a BA from New York University in Computer Science; minor in English Literature. I worked several years as a computer programmer and technical writer. I left the workforce to raise my family. I was a foster parent for several years and have worked extensively with special needs children. I have worked for Pinellas County Schools as a substitute teacher for over 12 years. I enjoy teaching all subject areas and age groups, specializing in english, mathematics, and science. As a mechanical engineering graduate at USF, I have taken a wide variety of classes in a wide variety of fields that have broadened my horizon. I am currently persuing my Masters degree in mechanical engineering. Also, I have learned extensive grammatical skills as well as writing research papers and lab reports, along with other reports in my engineering backhround.
