Organic Chemistry is one of my top subjects! Having an M.S. in Organic Chemistry with experience working at a large pharmaceutical company, I can help you master the mechanisms and nomenclature required for your Organic Chemistry course.

I am a graduate with a Master of Science degree from Montana State University in Organic Chemistry with previous research experience in a number of various Chemistry labs (Organic, Computational, Inorganic and Analytical) as well as internship experience with a major pharmaceutical company. As a peer-leader during my undergraduate years, and, most recently as a graduate teaching assistant, I have 4+ years of experience helping students with lab reports and one-on-one tutoring. A Little Bit About Me...

I discover the level of the learning ability of the student and begin at that level. I then work upwards combining a multiple tasking formula. I also provide vocabulary and concept enhancement because I believe if one understands the words of the science, one can understand the science more clearly. I also make sure that basic math skills are not the limiting factor in the students's failure to succeed in mastering the science.
Experience teaching or tutoring: substitute teacher for high schools in approximately 6 unified school districts; student taught undergraduates in college while an undergraduate myself; took classes in tutoring while in college; tutored undergraduates in astronomy and chemistry; currently a part-time substitute teacher at the local school district.
