BS degree in Business and Industrial management and MBA with emphasis in Accounting and Finance. Worked as a graduate assistant for Finance instructor during and experimental core business program consisting of management, finance, and marketing at SJSU. CPA having passed exam during initial setting however status currently inactive. Taught various financial accounting, auditing and financial management classes at SJSU both full for two years and part time evenings while working for a public accounting.
