I teach children to learn by given them the tools they need to think logically and abstractly. Life is dynamic, what happens today, will likely change tomorrow. My teaching of children began in 2004, when I taught a Sunday school class to 5-year-olds at my church. Then in 2005, I assisted with teaching the local children at a small mission church. During the 2006 through 2008 school years I subbed in mostly elementary schools, but I also subbed in some middle and high schools. Since 2007, I have been tutoring Jefferson County Public School students in the No Child Left Behind program. The students have been a diverse group of faces including Mexicans, Somalis, Cubans, Hindus, Black Americans, and Caucasians.
