My teaching style is "Me, We, You". I will show the student how to work through the problem/concept, then we will do it together, then I will oversee and make corrections on the student's attempt to do it his/herself. I believe the best way to teach is to relate the subject to the children. A child may not understand fractions but if you ask them to divide up a candy bar, they know how many pieces they want to split it in to and how many they want.
