I have a extensive background with teaching and implementation in education. My most current position was the Executive Director of School Improvement and Sales. I have experience analyzing data, working with teams to improve student achievement using research based interventions. I have experience from Elementary to College level.
I believe that all students have the ability to learn but not in the same way and on the same day. It takes work, but a teacher needs to find what works best for each student to learn.
