Tutoring differs from teaching in that "style" is replaced by method. Some of the methods I have used in the past are rhythm and music, neumonic devices, and of course, drill and practice. I have been told that I am gifted with presenting material in novel ways.

Children have the ability to learn in a variety of ways. I learn the appropiate way to aide a student in their studies by observing their technique of solving a problem and helping them explore the problem. I show students how to break down the problem in various ways to help them better understand it. It is about allowing the student to feel the pride of success, and learn how to transfer newly learned skills in one subject to other unrelated subjects.
