My major back in University is English so I also had four year experience teaching English as second language. I have been a school teacher for the past eight years. In the past five years I have taught English as a second language to small groups both in the U.S. and abroad. I have taught private Spanish lessons to adults here in North Carolina and I have taught a basic English class and a GED course at Cape Fear Community College and Brunswick Community College in the last few summers. My favorite part about teaching is the moment that something "clicks" within a child's mind.
