Michelle was a Radio City Music Hall Rockette and an Assistant Choreographer for the Radio City Rockettes. As a Rockette, Michelle has performed in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, The Today Show, the Tony Awards and many many others. As an Assistant Choreographer Michelle has taught and managed a cast of over a hundred. Other credits: Saturday Night Live, MTV Music Awards and the movie Uptown Girls.

Hate busywork? Me too! Why not make it MATTER?!

I believe in a highly individualized approach. We all have different learning styles: visual, auditory, kinisthetic... and many more. What's yours? Learning shouldn't be a chore, but an avenue to becoming a more successful person. I like to set goals with my students and help them knock them out one at a time, creating a lasting sense of accomplishment and heightening motivation for future endeavors.

A Little Bit About Me...

My Teaching Style is to build a relationship with the student and their family. That is based on trust, confidence and a great deal of praise. Everyones performance is driven by the encouragement that they get on a daily basis. So a very important part of my teaching style is to include the whole family. As well as to encourage them to praise my student daily. Also they must provide activities that challenge their mind and build there confidence. This allows everyone to be a part of their success. For example: If they are working on reading skills. They must allow the child to read to them nightly.
