I have been at senior level management for nearly 40 years beginning right out of college in banking. I have been involved in fraud investigation, wholesale distribution, consulting, business brokerage, business valuation, and business analysis from many different angles including sales, throughput, organizational structure, budgeting, forecasting, and developing measurements for accountability. I have extensive experience in Strategic planning from Capital Expenditures to Exit Strategies.
I am a mentor type of teacher. I take a personal interest in teaching people how to actually use what I teach them in a day to day business environment.
