I feel that every child can learn, but every child learns differently. I feel it is very important to connect the content with the students. It makes the learning more meaningful. I enjoy working with students in small groups so that I can give them the attention that they need. My students learn through many of their own experiences as well. I am very patient with my students. I very rarely give my students an answer to a questions. Instead, I ask in the student appropriate questions or point the student in the right direction to figure out the answer on his or her own.
