The most important thing to me is making sure each child is able to learn in a manner in which they feel comfortable. Each person's learning style is as unique as the individual themselves. So, I like to get input from the student as to how they would like lesson plans and exercises to be implemented. I believe that students need guidance and structure in order to reach their highest potential. In the classroom, instruction can only be differentiated so much.
