My comments on tutoring Literature : Again, I have a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. My focus is in 19th Century British Literature, however, I am also well versed in 20th Century American Literature, Renaissance Literature, Colonial American Literature, and Contemporary American Literature.
I have a degree in English and Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and have two years experience writing for the Daily Tar Heel. I have also completed internships with the local NPR station, WUNC, and with the organization AGRADU (Advocates for Grassroots Development in Uganda). I am highly organized, responsible, and driven, and am very personable. I work well with children and young adults; I am the oldest of five children and during high school and college, I worked as a dance teacher and nanny. I'm currently working on publishing my first novel.
I am a patient and understanding teacher. I enjoy fostering close relationships with my students so that I can cultivate my methods to best suit their learning style.
