I have earned a PhD in philosophy from the University of Virginia, and taught at the university level at Virginia Tech, UVA, Hampden-Sydney College, West Point, and the University of North Carolina at Pembroke for ten years. During that time, I have taught philosophy, logic (including test prep for the GRE and LSAT), and composition. A chemistry minor in college, I am also proficient in basic science and mathematics.
