A Little Bit About Me...

I graduated from an Ivy-League school with honors. I earned a masters in social work from the University of Chicago, with an interdisciplinary emphasis in economics, public policy, social work, and law. I have a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. I have practiced law as well as taught and tutored junior high and high school students. As a substitute teacher in Washington D.C. and in Arizona, I have taught English, Government, Math, and Science in private and public school settings. I have taken several courses in the Spalding writing and grammar method, as well as Sitton spelling and language.

I have spent much of my time as an undergraduate mentoring underclassmen at ASU, not just to better understand their economics and political science classes, but also how to be a better, well-rounded students. As a Russian linguist I am qualified in a number of English linguistics subjects as well. Continuing that theme, I tutored my peers at law school in property, administrative and contracts law. I’ve been found to relate to well to fellow students and those younger than me. More than likely this is because I have spent much time abroad learning about a multitude cultures and learning their respective languages.
