Learning never ceases; so, why should you?

My teaching style is a mixture of strict and lenient. I try to form a connection with students and apply that to my teaching method (i.e. incorporating a similar hobby in a question in order for the student to understand the material better). I expect my students to give me and the other students respect- never speaking while others are speaking, no disruptions, ect. This method of teaching has shown effective and a fun learning environment. I base my curriculum around the importance of reading. My strongest suit in my teaching style is probably the many ways that I would approach teaching a certain principle. If the student does not understand one way to approach a problem, I try to best to help them understand and learn another way. I feel like since everyone learns differently, a tutor should approach a problem from as many angles as possible. My teaching style is also very patient. I suppose the saying "give a man a fish, feed him for a day, teach a man how to fish, feed him for a lifetime" would apply to my style.
