I like to use grammar and all the tools available, reading, listening skills, writting. I think grammar is very important because it helps the student (s) to reinforce ther English grammar. I believe once that you have grammar skills, any other language will be very easy to learn. I like to use as well the web to explore and I would be open to use the material the student (s) are already using at school or at work. I workd for the Eden Valley Watkins High School for more than 7 years. I build the Spanish program at the High School. I also worked as an ESL teacher for the elementary school at EV-W. I also had a couple of Community classes at Ridgewater College, MN and during the summer time as well for the EV-W children.

My primary experience lies with Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation (LSAMP) Program. This program was established to promote and nurture minorities interested in pursuing a career in the sciences and mathematics. I was involved in the program as a fellow.
