I am not a teacher; I am an awakener!

I have taught in the education field since 1999. I am very fortunate to have had the privilege of working with a multitude of learners in a variety of environments. Early in my career I worked with adults that were mentally and physically challenged. I found this very rewarding and decided to pursue a degree in education, which lead me on my journey into the world of Special Education. I have an MA from Marist College as well as a BA from NYU. A Little Bit About Me...

As a college and high school English instructor, I have had the opportunity to teach and tutor students on many different levels.
