Education, through its varied forms, is vital in the process of equipping children with the ability to grow and walk in their fullness so that they are confident in contributing their part to the world. With this belief, teaching must start with the person and then move to the content. I very much enjoy the process of teaching and learning with others. And, although I am now highly educated, I struggled, at times, in school. I went from being "in the lowest reading group" in third grade to graduating with honors in college. Through my own journey of learning how to learn, I am an insightful and caring teacher.
