High school student looking to be your affordable tutor.

Hi there! My name is Veda. I am a current high school student with a passion for education. I hope to start my journey by providing affordable tutoring, and eventually becoming an educator. I have completed elementary and middle school levels of Math, Science, English, and Social Studies. Leading into high school, I took Algebra 1, Geometry, Earth Science, and Spanish 1. As a freshman, I completed Algebra 2, Biology, English 1, and World Geography. I took Revolutions, Art History, Choir, Spanish 2, Oral Interpretation 1, Health, and Integrated Physics as electives and/ or separate courses. My comments on tutoring Vocals : I took voice lessons for a semester during my senior year of college. I regularly practice singing and write music.

I always liked playing up my quirky personality. My favorite teachers and professors were the goofy ones, the ones who can relate to the students' fun side. These teachers also challenged me the most, and I ended up getting so much more out of the course. I figure that, if a student likes the teacher, he or she will pay more attention and have a deeper respect for the teacher. The teacher then can use this trust to push the student a little more, intellectually. I find that is what works best for me.
I don't any paid, professional tutoring experience. However, I have volunteered my services to family members and friends. During my sophomore year, I took Organic Chemistry and excelled.
