I love to work with children of any age. I have been volunteering for over 15 years helping wherever and whenever I can to help make the lives of children more enriched. I have spent my life working towards degrees that would help me to give my life meaning. I have earned a B.S. and M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology, as well as, a bilingual extension in Spanish. I have had the unique opportunity through my diverse educational experiences to work with many different types of people. My initial degree is in Social science from Alfred State University. Throughout my education at Alfred State University I truly believe I began to understand and appreciate others and their differences. I have a great deal of customer service experience working for both M&T Bank and Key Bank. I excelled in Reading and English subjects throughout school, reading multiple grade levels ahead of myself. I was a writer for Nardin Academy's newspaper and also for Canisius College's newspaper. I have teaching experience in home instruction in flute and piano. I love teaching and helping children learn. My philosophy is that you have to make this information that your children are learning relatable to what they are going through. If you do this children will enjoy learning. I feel that it is also to make sure that you are helping children learn in a fun, yet productive environment.
