The child chooses the style. What I mean by this is that every child is different and every one of them learn differently. Teaching on a more personal level is how to aid the best results.
My experience started in my high school years helping my brother and sisters with homework while our mom was working. Presently I am employed at a day care center/ school, were everyday is spent engaged with the kids and their educational needs. Microsoft PowerPoint is one of my top subjects!

I prefer to demonstrate how to understand content. My tactics are deemed personal modeler as a teaching style. I deliver the content through demonstrating it. I act more as a guide or coach and show students how to do the tasks. Student participation as an important part of my lesson plans. Demonstrators often incorporate different learning styles into lessons.
I majored in English Literature and Humanities in college before changing majors to Paralegal Studies and minoring in English Literature. Performed duties as an Editorial Assistant in Humanities and in high school annual poetry and creative writing review. Also during my enrollment in a DOD high school my concentration was in Language Arts and Creative Writing. Currently write and perform poetry pieces and sell written songs.
