I love teaching and working with young people of all ages and abilities. It is my belief that all students have the ability to learn, so they can succeed and gain the confidence in their abilities. In order to help children reach their highest potential, I believe that each one should be given personalized and individualized instruction that is based on their given abilities and skills. I am a patient, helpful, and kind person. As a graduate from UW- Madison in Elementary Education, I am passionate about teaching, learning, and the pursuit of excellence. I earned a 3.8 GPA from UW-Madison and gained great experience working with students of all ages and abilities. For example, I completed an internship at the Dane County Juvenile Detention Center where I provided tutoring and mentorship for a range of highly troubled students of various abilities, ages, ethnic backgrounds, languages, etc. I have spent the last academic year substitute teaching all ages and grade levels.
