My comments on tutoring CSS : I do freelance commercial work in web development, and have built quite a few sites coding the html, css and php from scratch.

In working in the liberal arts fields, I try to link up the student's interests with the subject matter, looking for an approach that will link the content of the field to things that they care about. I have IT industry experience of 15 years (proficiency is in IT Computers). Mathematics is the basic foundation of all analytical and thinking capability. Maths being my favorite subject, I like teaching maths to the students who are in need and want to develop the skills in maths.
