Each person learns at an individual pace. I use the Gardner system of multiple intelligences to facilitate individual learning style. I do not believe something is impossible to learn, or unteachable. Patience is a moral and ethic rule with my personal professional style. I have worked with different levels of mental health and emotional maturity for several years. I have spent much of my spare time working within the community at youth centers, soup kitchens and veteran administration homes. I have earned two bachelor degrees in education. I have my p-5 degree in every subject and my k-12 special education degree in learning and behavior disorders. I have worked with all ages and am knowledgeable in my field of work. My previous job was at the number 1 school in KY: May Valley Elementary.

I believe in using technology and tools to keep students interested in understanding what is being taught. I have many nieces and nephews that I work directly with to help them grasp and understanding of what is being taught and applied.
