I am a certified teacher in the state of Texas. I have, for the past ten years, been tutoring and teaching Latin and English/Language Arts. I taught high school for two years in Pennsylvania, and for the last two years, I have taught Latin and English here in Texas. I graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Classics and a minor in English. I was an honors student in Classics, and I was chosen to be the departmental tutor in Greek. In addition to maintaining more than full time hours as a student, I tutored students in Latin independently for free. My passion was to help students learn Latin even if they couldn't afford to pay me.
