I strongly belive in Differentiated Instruction. Every student, no matter what age, has their own learning style. Working toward learning what style (auditory, visual or by using manipulatives such as cards, tiles, etc.) works best for them is the key to success. I began tutoring Math and Spanish when I was sixteen. After seeing how I could help students ccelerate in Mathematics, it was the key to me staying in the teaching field.
