Working with youth is a great passion of mine. I want every child to be successful. I strive to help students reach their short or long term goals by being a positive role model, and supporting their efforts to achieve their goals. I am friendly, honest, and very caring. While an undergraduate student at a top university, I pushed myself academically. I also focused on trying to help people by teaching resume writing and job interviewing workshops at my university’s Career Development office. Helping fellow students further their careers was very satisfying and inspiring. Upon graduation, I counseled, trained, and equipped American and foreign college-level and graduate students for a non-profit. Later, in graduate school, I worked in Student Affairs, holding workshops, hosting social events, resourcing students and managing print projects. I was also a TA in my two MA programs; I led tutorials, graded coursework, lectured, and conducted research. Teaching others continues to be my life’s passion.
