My main belief when it comes to teaching is that all students can learn. As an educator, it is my responsibility to make my students successful. I am not overbearing. I am laid back, but at the same time, I make sure that the student learns what he/she needs to learn. I am very patient. I try to respect the student and not make learning seem like a chore.
