Growing up, I noticed that it was very hard for certain students to grasp certain concepts because they were not engaged in the teaching method. It is no secret that everyone learns a certain way, and no two ways are ever the same. Generally, I'm a constructivist, and I believe the best method of tutoring is providing a completely individuated scaffold for any student. As an Electrical Engineer, I am very capable in all areas of Math and Science. I have tutored family memebers for many years in these subjects and have acted as an independent contractor for high schools in the area as well. I feel my approach to the subjects and personal disposition, make the subject matter easier to grasp. My college level courses gave me a deeper understanding of all math related topics, which makes it easier to convey these topics in understandable terms.
