The second step is then to breakdown the material and removing the myth that a traditionally challenging course is simply a "myth" and depends solely on the effort given by the student. My formal experiences as an educator began as an intern at Hawk Mountain Sanctuary where I educated visiting students on natural history and biology. This was when I realized how much I enjoyed teaching and the mutual learning environment.
