The vast majority of my experience has been obtained throughout my time in college and my willingness to help fellow students and/or friends in a variety of studies. My studies throughout college primarily consist of the sciences, including chemistry, biology, and physics. My willingness to help others is where my want to tutor stems from.

I worked for 16 years as a high school science and math instructor at a small school which necessitated that I teach all the courses in the 9-12 curriculum in rotation. These courses included all levels of mathematics, biology, chemistry and physics. I qualified to teach AP courses and wrote a number of integrated curriculum for my school district. I believe in inquiry based learning, or teaching any subject by incorporating the student's natural curiosity and drawing connections to their interests. I don't taking a long time to teach a student how to approach a single problem or concept and foster their understanding of the material so that they will understand how to approach the problem on their own.
