I learned how to play chess about twenty years ago, it's been rather on and off since then. I've steadily improved and tried so many different ways to improve before finding the right method for myself that I'm confident in my many approaches to teaching. As far as other subjects, I graduated high school with honors back in 2003 with a 3.8 GPA, and scored a composite 30 on the ACT. I was awarded the Presidential Scholarship from Baldwin-Wallace, went there for a year, didn't like the school at all (should have researched it more...) At Adult Basic and Literature Education, I serve as a math and grammar tutor in the GED and ESOL programs. Also, I assist the students on how to obtain basic computer techniques so that they can operate the computer. I am able to communicate with Spanish-speaking students and read French. As for my technical, web designing, and software knowledge, I have a background in computer troubleshooting, Adobe Photoshop, HMTL, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etcetera.
