In high school I tutored junior high students who were having trouble in with school. After high school I joined the U.S Navy, where I trained junior personal for three years. I believe that education should present as much material to the student as possible, which includes using various textbooks, lecture, and inquiry. After that, it will be up to the student to assess and construct the information given in order to form his/her own opinion about the subject matter. True education and learning is ownership of the subject matter which comes through effort and discipline and a little bit of guidance.
