A Little Bit About Me...

When I tutor I try and understand where they are having trouble and try to find the best way of explaining in a way that is beneficial to the student.
While at Springfield College I started tutoring some of my fellow students in the areas of math and science for a little extra cash. I have always wanted to mimic the kind of tutoring I received as a struggling math student in middle school. I was never the best at math until I started to receive tutoring and everything started to click. I'm friendly, and I'm willing to help anybody who need help. I like to make the students think for themselves because I believe that math and physics is more about the understanding of the concept than remembering the formulas. To get better understanding of the topic, one has to practice and to think on one's own. I give hints when they are stuck.
