I expect myself to be prepared for the lesson; to research, create and discover strategies to help each student to learn. Reciprocally, I expect each student to have completed his or her work, and come prepared to learn. There is a great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment for the instructor and the student, when a pupil develops skills and begins to excel. I am patient, creative and determined to help any student to achieve.
Using my English Rhetoric degree and years of classroom experience, I have developed a multitude of teaching ideas and strategies for students. I am highly experienced at developing IEPs for students. I have assisted many students to achieve grade level competency or beyond and advanced students desiring to improve English skills.
