I love helping students understand Math.

I received my BS degree in Math Education in Spring of 2001 at Florida State University. While at FSU I worked in the Math Help Center for three months. I taught math for two years and decided to choose a different career path in Actuarial Mathematics. I am currently finishing my master's degree at Florida State University. For two years I tutored math at all levels at Sylvan Learning Center in Tallahassee. In that time I learned different things related to presenting the math in a way that can be understood regardless of the level of the student. Calculus I is one of my top subjects!

Took Calculus 1 & 2 in High School with a grade of 100, and all Math and Physics classes in College were the highest grades in the class. During my four years at Notre Dame, I majored in mathematics and gained alot of experience in various areas of math. In addition, Notre Dame requires everyone to take a broad range of subjects for general credit and so I have learned skills in writing and grammar through work on several research papers.
