Well rounded educator

Basic Learning Skills is one of my top subjects! K4 -1st grade. I work with k5 during the school year.

I worked in the school system for over 20 years. I worked with elementary and primary age students for 16 years. I currently work in a high school as a Special Education teacher. I believe that effective teaching is comprised of two necessary and related elements: knowledge of the content and ability to communicate it. Knowing the material is not enough to be effective in teaching it; likewise, communication skills won't work alone.
