Adaptive. I have a background in experiential education and believe that the method is not as important as the end result of having assimilated, understood, and taught back the information. As a former computer instructor, I can't tell you how much I miss teaching. Teaching was the one career in my life where I felt completely fulfilled. I try to link the subjects with current events and how lack of knowledge on specific subjects can cost them either financially or impact their health and well being.
