The majority of my formal teaching experience has come in the past four years during my graduate career, during which I taught 3 semesters of college-level introductory and cellular biology labs. Additionally, I have worked extensively with incoming graduate students, developing and teaching workshops on presentations, oral examinations, and general studying skills. I have a passion for science and learning. I love to take my passion and pass it on to my children. My method of teaching is to take difficult concepts and break them down into something that is understandable. I will not quit until I feel that the children have a good grasp of the material.
